Bharati College has established an effective Grievance Redressal Mechanism to address the concerns of its students. The mechanism is effective in handling the grievances of students in academic and non-academic matters.
‘Grievance’ is defined as a student’s dissatisfaction with respect to any aspect of the College/University activities that a student feel is unjust or unfair.
Objectives of Grievance Redressal Mechanism:
For academic grievances, Bharati College has multi-faceted approach where we have designated Teacher-in-Charges for various departments. Students can reach to the designated faculties for concerns related to their courses, curriculum or department-specific issues. The mentor-mentee program provides a valuable space for students to discuss academic concerns with a dedicated faculty member.

Bharati College stands firm against sexual harassment and ragging. We have a transparent system for addressing grievances. This system offers multiple ways for students to report concerns, both online and offline. Students can submit complaints through email, directly reach out to relevant faculty members, or use the conveniently placed complaint boxes on campus. Bharati College has zero tolerance for these issues, and our procedures fully comply with all legal and regulatory guidelines.

The college has Anti-ragging committee and strictly follows policy of zero tolerance for ragging. The students can register their complaint to any of the Anti-Ragging Committee members of the college.

The Committee undertakes preventive and prohibitive anti ragging measures according to the rules laid down in Ordinance XV-C, University of Delhi. At the time of admission and the beginning of the new academic session, every student has to give an undertaking pledging not to participate in any activity amounting to ragging. The rules given in the Ordinance should be strictly adhered.
