Our mission at CDF Bharati is to spread awareness about mental health by conducting online campaigns, counseling sessions, and workshops for individuals who want to express their hearts, surround themselves with calming vibes, and crave a temporary refuge from the outside world. The journey of Project Heal was started with an online campaign on mental health where we organized competitions and made people apprised that mental health problems are okay and it is okay to not be okay. Under Project heal, we have initiated 8 webinars on mental health and nutrition have been conducted for the potential audience, four series of one-on-one counsellings sessions have been organized.
